One of the new features coming to the western version of Lost Ark in June 2022 is Yoz’s Jar (see Lost Ark Roadmap for all content). In this guide you’ll learn all about how it works and also find the legendary skins for all classes that will be introduced with Yoz’s Jar.

What Is Yoz’s Jar?

  • Yoz’s Jar is a new consumable available in the in-game store.
  • It will introduce a variety of Epic and Legendary skins.
  • If you have a skin you don’t like or wear anymore (or maybe one from Yoz’s Jar you’re not a fan of) you can break it down for “Cloth”.
  • Cloth can be used with a Jar to roll a new skin from a determined list.
  • Each slot has to be rolled individually (chestpiece, pants,…). So you won’t get a full set with one roll.
  • Gives a chance to acquire Legendary skins, which provide better benefits than Epic skins.
  • If you like an older skin more than the looks of your new Legendary one with bigger bonuses, you can ‘Overlay’ the skin you like over the Legendary skin!
  • When overlaying a skin, stats don’t stack (the legendary skin will be prioritized).

It’s pretty much a classic lootbox, where you pay to roll for a legendary skin, but mostly get epic (purple) skins. These legendary skins give 1% more main stat than epic skins, for a total of 4% more main stat (e.g. Strength/Intelligence) from a full set, or about 1.9% more attack power. You may want legendary skins for the stats, or you may want them for the appearance.

When Will Yoz’s Jar Be Released?

Yoz’s Jar will be added to the western version of Lost Ark with the June update.

Details on Cloth and Roll Costs

The following information and costs are based on Yoz’s Jahr in the KR/RU/JP version of Lost Ark. Things may be different in NA/EU.

  • For a single roll you need 14 Cloth.
  • Dismantling one skin piece gives you 7 Cloth.
  • Only shop skins can be dismantled (not skins from e.g. Chaos Dungeons or for Providence Stones).
  • Cloth is roster-bound.
  • In the menu for Yoz’s Jar there is a list with the chances for each skin piece.
  • You can choose which slot you want to craft (chestpiece, pants,…) and also for which class.
  • As seen in Zeals video, there is a 5% chance to get a legendary skin piece.

Yoz’s Jar Legendary Skins List

In KR there have been two seasons of Yoz’s Jar skins so far. It is not officially known yet which ones will be available in NA/EU. But the official announcement for Yoz’s Jar also included a picture showing some of the skins (see above). These skins are the KR Season 2 skins.

So it is likely that these are the Legendary Skins that will be available in NA/EU once the update hit the servers.

Are the Legendary Skins dyeable? Yes, they are dyeable (according to Reddit users). The color of the glow (e.g. on the gloves) however can’t be changed what makes some skins more valuable than others.
