Okay, I've added both the Winged Boots and the Helm of Teleportation.
I'd go with Unavoidable strike over Gr. Psionic Fist and add in Power Attack somewhere. Making a melee attack a touch attack would let you full power Attack, and +20 damage that is multiplied on a crit is better then +4d6. Also it seems you have a number of abilities that require you make only a single attack. Power Attack can help out here too, because with your full BA and high Str the first attack should be a virtual auto hit for most CR appropriate enemies.

Get Winged Boots and a Helm of Teleportation. At 20th level a melee character will need to be able to fly (without the wizards help), and be able to escape a Force Cage or other hazard.
